Description

WYSIWYG Bullseye Rainbow Rhodactis Mushroom (2-3″) – 1 Polyp is offered under the retail name shown in the product title.

This is a Rhodactis mushroom coral. Color and morph terms in the title are aquarium-trade descriptors unless a scientific name is explicitly included. Expansion, texture, and apparent color can shift with light, flow, nutrients, and photography.

Care Guide

Lighting: Low to medium — PAR 50–150. Too much light can bleach the reds toward pink; too little can make the polyp stretch and thin.
Flow: Low — mushrooms can detach and wander if pushed too hard.
Placement: Sandbed or shaded rock. Give it a spot it can attach to and leave it alone.
Aggression: Peaceful, but it can slowly spread across nearby rock, so keep a buffer from slower-growing corals.
Feeding: Direct feeding is optional. If offered, use a very small meaty or planktonic portion and remove uneaten food.

Keep salinity and temperature stable, avoid abrupt light increases, and change one variable at a time. A newly shipped mushroom may remain contracted while it settles.
