The $10 Box & Handling Fee is charged per box, not per coral. It covers the insulated box, heat or ice packs and the time it takes to pack live coral safely. UPS Next Day Air is one flat livestock shipping charge per order, the carrier cost of getting it out of Key West alive. A box typically holds around five small frags, so adding compatible corals to the same shipment usually will not add another box fee or change the shipping charge. Larger colonies, species that cannot share water, or extreme weather can require a second box. Orders with $349 or more in qualifying livestock ship free.

These are clove polyps, an encrusting soft coral that can spread by runners across connected rockwork. Color terms are aquarium-trade descriptors and apparent color can vary with lighting spectrum, intensity, nutrients, and photography.

Care Guide

Lighting: Medium — PAR 100–250. Acclimate gradually after shipping or a major lighting change.
Flow: Medium, indirect flow that keeps the polyps moving and prevents debris from settling.
Placement: Middle rockwork with room to expand. An isolated rock can make future containment easier.
Compatibility: Low direct stinging risk, but spreading polyps can overgrow nearby slow-growing corals.
Feeding: Direct feeding is optional. Normal reef feeding and stable nutrients are usually sufficient.

Keep salinity, temperature, and alkalinity stable. Avoid placing the colony where detritus can collect between closed polyps.
