Description

Eagle Eye Zoanthid has a salmon-pink ring around a deep blue center, with teal skirts finished in neon green tips, as you can see in the photo. Each frag has 6–8 polyps. The photo shows an Eagle Eye colony in our system, and your frag comes with the same coloring. Color shifts with lighting, so expect it to look a little different under your lights than it does under ours.

The bright green tips around each polyp make Eagle Eyes easy to spot from across the tank, and the pink-and-blue eye in the middle is where the name comes from. They are hardy and open quickly once they settle in.

Care Guide

Lighting: Low to medium — PAR 75–200. Acclimate gradually after shipping.
Flow: Low to medium, indirect.
Placement: Lower to middle rockwork or the sand bed.
Compatibility: Peaceful; can spread slowly across rock. Wear gloves when handling zoanthids.
Feeding: Optional. Normal reef feeding and stable nutrients are usually enough.

Conditioned in our Key West systems. Dip new zoanthids before adding them to your tank.

Live arrival guaranteed. Photograph the animal in the sealed, unopened bag and send it to us within 4 hours of the delivery scan.
