Packing and shipping are charged per box, not per coral. The $10 packing fee covers the insulated box, heat or ice packs and the time it takes to pack live coral safely; overnight UPS is the carrier cost of getting it out of Key West alive. A box typically holds around five small frags, so adding compatible corals to the same shipment usually will not add another packing or shipping charge. This Rainbow Long Tentacle Plate Coral is a free-living LPS coral selected for its long, flowing tentacles and multicolor fluorescence under blue reef lighting.

“Long tentacle plate” commonly refers to Heliofungia, but this listing does not assign a species without confirmed provenance. Long-tentacle plates are more delicate than ordinary short-tentacle plate corals. Keep this coral on an open sand bed or fine rubble—never on exposed rockwork—so its expanding tissue is not cut or abraded. Allow room for both full tentacle extension and natural movement.
