Live Arrival Guaranteed. It is imperative that you do not dip the corals upon arrival, they are at their most stressed point and they will peel. Corals should be put in a quarantine tank. If the coral is DOA, we need a photo of the coral in the bag within 4 hours of arrival.
We will give you a store credit or replacement (buyer pays) for any DOA, there are no cash refunds and shipping is non-refundable. However, we will do our best to take care of you in the event of any DOA.
Corals can detach from the plug during shipping, this is normal as they get bounced around during shipping.
Corals should be acclimated to temp and then placed in quarantine. We do our absolute best to avoid any pests, we still suggest you dip all corals after they have been placed in a quarantine tank for a few days.
Our Chalice Corals are grown around 75 par. These are highly adaptable but we suggest you start them lower in the tank and then move them up to higher par over the course of a couple weeks.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at anytime.
We appreciate your business, if you are ever in Key West, please stop by our showroom 🙂
Care Guide
Chalice coral is a highly prized LPS known for its intricate, often iridescent patterning and plating growth form. It prefers low to moderate, indirect lighting — direct intense light can bleach its coloration — along with gentle flow, and benefits from occasional feeding to maintain its vivid coloration.
Live arrival is guaranteed. If your coral arrives DOA, photograph the animal inside the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery confirmation and contact us right We will work with you on a resolution.
Placement: Lower rockwork angled away from direct light and flow to avoid bleaching.
