Favites, commonly called Moon or Brain Coral, is a hardy LPS with a distinctive honeycomb-like corallite pattern. It does well under low to moderate lighting and gentle to moderate flow, and its coloration intensifies with regular feeding of meaty foods.
Placement: Lower to middle rockwork with gentle flow, away from stinging neighbors.
