A controller does not keep a reef alive. It tells you the moment something stopped running on schedule, which is a different and more useful thing.

HYDROS from CoralVue is modular rather than one box. The controller does the thinking and everything else plugs into it. What is here is the full set: controllers, the cables and connectors that carry them, leak detection and sensors, dosing and testing hardware, Power and Wave control for pumps, and the signage.

Leak detection is worth buying first even if you buy nothing else. A sensor under the stand costs less than one flooded floor, and it is the only part of a controller that can pay for itself in a single event.

The cables are the part people order wrong. Match the port name printed on the device to the port name on the cable rather than eyeballing the connector.
