Equipment and dry goods ship at their own rate. Free UPS Next Day Air shipping begins at $349 in qualifying livestock, so this item does not count toward that threshold and never receives the $10 livestock Box & Handling Fee. Dry-goods shipping is shown in the cart before you pay.

We ship within the continental U.S. only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping & Returns

Equipment and dry goods ship at their own rate. Free shipping at $349 or more applies to qualifying livestock only — corals, fish, inverts and live copepods. The $10 box & handling fee is a livestock packing fee and does not apply to dry-goods orders.
All sales are final on equipment and dry goods. We are a retail store, not the manufacturer.
Register your product with the manufacturer and keep your receipt — their warranty is how a faulty unit gets replaced, and they are faster at it than a shop could be.
Not sure who to contact for a warranty claim? Call us and we will point you to the right place.
