Aquarium systems ship by scheduled freight, not by parcel carrier. Checkout shows a single flat Scheduled Freight Delivery charge for continental U.S. addresses, and you see the exact amount in the cart before you pay. The $10 livestock Box & Handling Fee and the $349 livestock free-shipping threshold do not apply to an aquarium system. Ask us to confirm availability and the delivery arrangements for your address before you order.

Freight delivery is offered to the continental U.S. at checkout. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Installation and maintenance is a local service in Key West and the Florida Keys; everywhere else we ship the system and you arrange the install.

Description

Red Sea KH/Alkalinity (Foundation B) – 5L from Red Sea, part of their Reef Care Program.

We keep Red Sea on the shelf because it is the system we trust for our own aquaculture tanks in Key West. Every order ships from the Florida Keys, and if you are not sure which size or which part of the program you need, message us and we will talk it through with you.

Shipping & Returns

Equipment and dry goods ship at their own rate. Free shipping at $349 or more applies to qualifying livestock only — corals, fish, inverts and live copepods. The $10 box & handling fee is a livestock packing fee and does not apply to dry-goods orders.
All sales are final on equipment and dry goods. We are a retail store, not the manufacturer.
Register your product with the manufacturer and keep your receipt — their warranty is how a faulty unit gets replaced, and they are faster at it than a shop could be.
Not sure who to contact for a warranty claim? Call us and we will point you to the right place.

Catalog prices are planning estimates. Final availability, delivery eligibility, freight and applicable tax require confirmation. Installation and maintenance is a local service in Key West and the Florida Keys; systems ship nationwide and you arrange the install elsewhere.
