Description
Eheim’s sintered-glass bead bio media. The bead shape packs the filter basket fully and gives nitrifying bacteria dense places to grow.
- Pearl-shaped sintered glass beads
- Very dense bacteria colonization; helps knock down nitrite spikes
- Longer stretches between cleanings; clean only part of it at a time to keep bacteria
- Washable and reusable
- Eheim rates it for freshwater and sea water

Shipping & Returns
- Equipment and dry goods ship at their own rate. Free shipping at $349 or more applies to qualifying livestock only — corals, fish, inverts and live copepods. The $10 box & handling fee is a livestock packing fee and does not apply to dry-goods orders.
- All sales are final on equipment and dry goods. We are a retail store, not the manufacturer.
- Register your product with the manufacturer and keep your receipt — their warranty is how a faulty unit gets replaced, and they are faster at it than a shop could be.
- Not sure who to contact for a warranty claim? Call us and we will point you to the right place.
