Description
Tropic Marin Pro-Tect is a water conditioner built around protective colloids that shield the mucous membranes of your fish and help a damaged slime coat regenerate. It also binds toxic heavy metals, helps hold pH steady, and improves the performance of your protein skimmer.
Reach for it on the days that stress fish: acclimating new arrivals, after a netting or a tank move, following a treatment, or any time a fish looks scuffed, cloudy or off-color. It is a support product rather than a medication – it makes recovery easier, it does not treat a specific disease. Dose to the label for your true water volume.

Shipping & Returns
- Equipment and dry goods ship at their own rate. Free shipping at $349 or more applies to qualifying livestock only — corals, fish, inverts and live copepods. The $10 box & handling fee is a livestock packing fee and does not apply to dry-goods orders.
- All sales are final on equipment and dry goods. We are a retail store, not the manufacturer.
- Register your product with the manufacturer and keep your receipt — their warranty is how a faulty unit gets replaced, and they are faster at it than a shop could be.
- Not sure who to contact for a warranty claim? Call us and we will point you to the right place.
