Description
Safe is Seachem’s dry water conditioner, the concentrated powder form of Prime. It removes chlorine and chloramine and converts ammonia into a non-toxic form your biofilter can process normally.
Because it is dry it is dramatically more economical per treated gallon than liquid conditioners, and it stores far longer – which is why anyone mixing saltwater in volume tends to end up here. The doses are genuinely tiny, so use a proper measure rather than eyeballing it.
The 250 g size covers a very large number of water changes.
