Description
The Aquaforest Proten Marine is the whiter, more natural-daylight strip in the Proten line. It pairs plentiful 12,000K bluish-white diodes with RGB chips and discrete 462 nm blues, so you get a balanced full-spectrum look that still carries enough blue to keep coral healthy.
Pick Marine if you want the tank to read bright and natural to the eye rather than deep actinic blue, or as the white half of a two-strip setup with a Reef Blue bar. It suits fish-and-soft-coral and mixed systems where appearance matters as much as growth, and it renders fish and rockwork in truer colour than an all-blue fixture.
Sized for a 48-60 inch span.
